The Official Gazzette costs 2 euros

In the 147th meeting of the Kosovo Government, held on October 5th 2010, it was decided that the price of the Official Gazzette will be 2 euros. This decision is based on the Law on the Official Gazzette which was approved on June 2010, where article 13 specifies that based on the proposal from the Office for the Administration of the Official Gazzette, the Government of the Republic of Kosovo issues a decision on the price of the official gazette. This decision of the Government is decision no. 02/147.
In the same meeting, another decision was made which specifies the beneficiary subjects which receive two copies of the Official Gazzette for free. According to decision 04/147, the beneficiary subjects will be: The Associations derived from the KLA war (The Veterans Associations, The Society of Families of War Martyrs and the Society of War Invalids); Office of the President, Kosovo Assembly, Ministries, Municipalities, Archive of the Republic of Kosovo, National Museum, National and University Library, Association of Pensioners, UITUK, CDHRF, Handikos and Red Cross.
Based on the law, the Official Gazzette in an electronic form is published in the same day when it is published in written. The Official Gazzette in an electronic form is offered for free. According to the Law on the Official Gazzette, the distribution of copies of the Official Gazzette is done by a qualified economic operator which is selected in compliance with public procurement rules.
