GAP Institute held a meeting with the representatives of local organizations in the municipalities in order to clarify the technical and methodological issues regarding the research for the upcoming update of the election promises, given by the mayors of the municipalities of Kosovo during the election campaign of 2021. GAP, for 13 years in a row, monitors and evaluates the level of fulfillment of election promises. Through this evaluation, GAP aims to hold the elected mayors accountable for the given promises.
In this regard, GAP has created a network of local organizations, consisting of the organizations: EC Ma Ndryshe, Polis, Syri i Vizioni, Activism Roots, Community Building Mitrovica, General Youth Education of Kosovo and Pace Sviluppo Innovazione Acli, which assist in the gathering and verification of filed data.
