Institute for Advanced Studies GAP in cooperation with Balkan Investigative Reporting Network (BIRN) have monitored the activities and promises that were made during the election campaign from 15th of October 2009 till 7th of May 2010. As a result of print and electronic media monitoring, as well as the debates that had been organized from “Jeta në Kosovë” (BIRN), we have prepared a list of promises given by candidates who have already taken the office now.
