Besart Zhuja is a researcher at GAP Institute. Before joining GAP, he worked as a Policy Analyst at Kosovo Manufacturing Club (KMC) and as a Programme Officer at the National Democratic Institute (NDI). Besart Holds a Master’s Degree on European Union Studies from the Paris Lodron University of Salzburg in Austria.
