Albana joined GAP Institute since February 2018. She has finished her Bachelor studies in Department of Management and Informatics at the University of Prishtina. At the moment, she is on the verge of finishing her Master studies on the same major. She also followed numerous trainings, how Banking system operates, programming and areas related to employment issues.

During her studies, she did an internship in the Career Development Centre (CDC) at the Faculty of Mathematical and Natural Sciences, which is a part of the Office for Academic Development of University of Prishtina. She was elected as an intern for this project by OSBE in partnership with UP among other distinguished students.
