Blendi Hasaj is Executive Director at GAP Institute. From 2021 till march of 2022, he was Public Financial Management Advisor at USAID Kosovo Economic Governance Activity. Blendi has previously served at GAP Institute between 2017 and 2021 as Researcher and Senior Researcher.

Blendi holds a MSc in Economics from Heidelberg University in Germany. He received a BS with highest honors in Economics & Management and Public Policy from Rochester Institute of Technology and American University in Kosovo. Before joining GAP Institute, he was engaged as an expert and consultant by GIZ, Social Impact and other organizations.
