Nita works as Office Manager and Financial  Manager at GAP Institute. She has finished her bachelor studies in Banks, Finances and Accounting at University of Prishtina. Currently, she is about to complete her master’s degree in Management and Entrepreneurship at University for Business and Technology (UBT) in Prishtina. Nita has experience in finance management in both civil society and private and banking sector. Before joining GAP Institute, she has worked for many years as finance officer for different projects of various local NGOs. As for the banking sector, Nita was engaged for several years in Economic Bank as financial officer; whereas in the private sector, she has worked as project manager and consultant in financing.
