Ernera Dushica

Researcher

Ernera is a Researcher at GAP Institute since January 2023. Her interests include economic and fiscal policy analysis from a gender perspective. Ernera has published a series of economic analyses examining the impact of different policies on more vulnerable groups. She also has extensive knowledge on the private sector development and green policies.

Ernera has completed her bachelor studies in Economics and Statistics, and Management and Entrepreneurship at the Rochester Institute of Technology in Kosovo, where she was part of the Dean’s List for four years. Before joining GAP, she was the Coordinator for Gender-responsive Budgeting at the Kosovo Women’s Network as part of the Gender Budget Watchdog Network in Western Balkans and Moldova.
