Ardiana Gashi
Ardiana Gashi is a professor at the Faculty of Economics at the University of Prishtina. In 2007, she completed her doctoral studies in the field of labor economics at Staffordshire University in the United Kingdom. Her expertise focuses on labor economics, including the labor market, migration, education, and inequalities in the labor market.
Ardiana has continuously contributed to the development of public policies, the strengthening of institutional capacities, as well as the monitoring and evaluation of these policies. An important part of her engagement is related to gender equality, through research, scientific publications, and contributions to policy design aimed at advancing gender equality and social inclusion.
